It's Saturday Night. We spent the day in Wakefield and topped it off with some fantastic Brie and Pear sausages from Gatineau. This was our wine choice for tonight. It was a Paris 2010 Silver Medal Winner.
- It tastes like a traditional Bordeaux
- It went exceptionally well with our sausage choice
- It has a long bouquet
- It's a bit spicy and earthy
